Hit Play Fitness membership includes: three weekly workouts sent via email in the format of a downloadable video. All memberships come with inclusion into 4, in-app workouts and open-messaging wtih creator, Dr. JEn.
​To Cancel a membership, ​please email us within 72 hours (3 days) of your upcoming billing date, at:

​Upon signing up, all clients are sent an initial email, including all instructions to get ready and immediate access to the workouts, thus there are no refunds. For extenuating circumstances, you may email us about a refund, but no guarantees or legal obligations exist around a refund after sign up.
