is an app-based, 6 month fitness program that revolves around PROGRESSIVE programming.

You get poor results with most fitness-apps you're doing BLOCK PROGRAMMING: a 2-week program, a 6-week program, etc.

This is not how we build a lean & dynamic body.

So we do it differently.

We ask you to move a little more intentionally, and we give you the guidance to do so.

We took MONTHS creating these workouts; thinking about (& testing out!) the experience of each workout-section and how they build off of one another. 

Everything is intentional.

Hit Play Fitness membership includes: three weekly workouts sent via email in the format of a downloadable video. All memberships come with inclusion into 4, in-app workouts and open-messaging wtih creator, Dr. JEn.
