Hit Play Fitness membership includes: three weekly workouts sent via email in the format of a downloadable video. All memberships come with inclusion into 4, in-app workouts and open-messaging wtih creator, Dr. JEn.
​To Cancel a membership, ​please email us within 72 hours (3 days) of your upcoming billing date, at:

​Upon signing up, all clients are sent an initial email, including all instructions to get ready and immediate access to the workouts, thus there are no refunds.
