I've studied movement mechanics, posture & fitness for 15 years.
After being frustrated, bored & overwhelmed (post COVID) with boring Home Fitness options,
I (accidentally?) started Hit Play Fitness.
I was sharing my own home routines on social media; it turned out that people loved the workouts &
they were having just as much fun as I was!
So, I put my passion in an easy-to-navigate app so I can share my passion with everybody.
I believe our workouts CAN be enjoyable, and that I've created something that can reach almost every female. And I didn't want you ladies to do it alone; that's why I'm here to reach out to.
We're going for: DOABLE, FUN & COMFORTABLE for other busy women, who want to make their fitness accessible, fun & effective.

Hit Play Fitness membership includes: three weekly workouts sent via email in the format of a downloadable video. All memberships come with inclusion into 4, in-app workouts and open-messaging wtih creator, Dr. JEn.

Upon signing up, all clients are sent an initial email, including all instructions to get ready and immediate access to the workouts, thus there are no refunds. For extenuating circumstances, you may email us about a refund, but no guarantees or legal obligations exist around a refund after sign up.
